Pretty sure they can be level 60 and aren't fearable. He is probably talking about the yard trash

They have about 30,000 hitpoints and hit for 530. They usually need harmonied or fd split pulled to single them (there's 3 spawns near each other in front of VP entrance).
There are also mobs that roam through the building.

You would have to get really lucky and stick snare and fear (if that's even possible as Rygar said he doesn't think they are fearable although the wiki doesn't say they aren't just unstunnable) on it w/o resists before your pet dies and keep spamming the fear staff. You'll need to hope it doesn't path into any other mobs. I've had them resist slow 7x even with malo/malosini in on my 60 shaman.

So I guess it would be possible if you had a group there killing, they killed the first two spawns leaving only the 3rd for you to solo and they jumped on any adds.

I don't think it would be possible, with resists, summoning, and wandering mobs all playing a factor :/

you cannot fear mobs level 53 or above so no.
