Neriak snake quest.

This quest is broken. I have 3 fangs and 3 scales from killing moss snakes. However even with them not stacked when you have 3 of each in the bag it tells you "you can not combine items in this container" in the chat log as an error.

Adjusted combine on test. Should go in next patch.
