Iksar Shadowknight KOS to Outpost?
 

So I was surprised to see my Iksar Shadowknight is KOS at the Outpost. I assume they start out KOS? I did not mess with Venril Sathir faction.

I was hoping to do the braid quest so I could eventually get an OT Hammer.

Questions:

1) Can I lull Captain Rottgrime to turn in braids?

2) How much are OT Hammer mq's these days?

I think an OT Mq is like 1.5kpp now.

Wait till 50+ and do this. =)

1.) Lull won't work for the turn-in if you're KoS. Even if someone charmed him for you, you would get exp from the turn-ins but no faction.

2.) Some people give discounts if you only use 1 click of their puppet strings, so it can be cheaper than 1.5k.

The Wiki has a lot of great information on the quest. You need to get to amiable with VS faction to do the quest. If you are under that, you either need to charm the NPC, use a faction increasing spell (the ornate velium neck for example) or turn in sarnak braids until you are.
