would you rather us close window through task manager to simulate a disconnect instead?

When I'm on my enc I always tip when calling DaP

There is only 2 exceptions to this

1) I'm in CS and need a port I will /ooc "c2+GoB+enlighten for port to X" - this will almost always get me a port from someone quadding as its well worth their mana for the mind buffs to exp off of for awhile. This is a by choice exchange for them

2) Someone asks or offers to port me for mind buffs

Aside from that I will always tip at least 50p (more if they are fast) when ordering a pickup from DaP or in very rare circumstances a non-DaP druid/wiz

DAP pushed their agenda so hard for years that people seem to consider 50p as cheap. 50p is exactly what I pay for ports.

Also, the term "tip" drives me nuts. Its not a tip this day in age, you're porting for plat, therefore its a fee.

skarlorn 08-28-2018 01:30 PM

I don't pay 50p when I give a c2. I give 20 or 30 and c2. Deal with it.

Then charge for ports.

When you give people the option to "tip" you, then don't be surprised when people give you what they think is valuable.

People pay for C and C2, so why wouldn't it be considered a tip?
