Color Slant
Cripple
Dementia
Theft of Thought

And turn them in at either OT fort or Firiona Vie outpost for a 1/4 chance at getting Clarity 2....

I've turned in 6 color slants, 4 Theft of thought, 3 dementia and cripple. Just bad luck so far
