I dated a Colombian guy when I was a kid and he was pretty darn hot, but I suspect he was an active pedophile. My earnest belief is that there are tons of illegal photographs on his computer. Houston gets a disproportate number of “refugees” who are settled in the US. I’m not a fan of traffic, and Hondurans and Guatemalans getting killed by their own because they have a culture of violence is only my concern if we invite them here to commit violence against ourselves.
