Is Karana or Rodcet Nife the cooler god for a ginger human cleric?

I'm making a cleric in qeynos area with the cool firey hair and green glowing eyes

Who gets cooler items?
Better items?
Makes more sense?
Sexier?
Alien life guy or priest of thunder and water and stuff?

Oh right does either have better overall faction? I assume karana is less kos to evils

Also HTF do you pronounce Rodcet Nife anyway

Trick question a ginger could never be cool.

I'd worship Karana mostly to kill Lashun Novashine once in awhile for annoying Karana with his incessant hysterics and shouting - Karana is obviously the superior deity. You don't see anybody in Qeynos or the plains of Karana desperately proselytizing like that awful insect and gold beggar, Lashun.

Besides the Karanites being more secure in their faith and devotion to the Norrathian Zeus, there are massive plains and their residents named in favor of the Stormlord. Perhaps those treehuggers in Surefall will like you more - certainly those Hobbits over in Rivervale will acknowledge your wisdom?

Besides the ETish deity, Rodcet lets enchanters outsmart him constantly by exploiting very inexperienced fighters to massacre his favorite "holy fish" ALLLL the time. Even random domesticated wolves of the intellectually inferior barbarians are able to eat his holy fish without serious repercussions apparently.

Besides- there is FAR more intrigue it seems in the Temple of Storms quests vs Temple of Life. They are spying on the temple of Bertoxxulous, putting large bounties on integrated and multicultural bandits, and trying to retrieve the decapitated head of the lunatic in the sewers calling himself the "Rat King".

Does anyone remember visiting a fun Rodcet Nife zone in PoP? No.

Plane of Storms AND Bastion of Thunder?? Bless Karana! ⛈⛈

Karana = god of farmers and boring plains, Rodcet Nife = god of life, healing, and one vocal priest.

Tough choice, but I think I'd have to rate the god of farmers as the least cool.

You're saying the name of the god with an alien spaceship as a temple is basically pronounced Rocket Knife (or Rocket Life, which would make more sense but I don't quite understand how you get from "N" to "L)?

Suddenly it all makes sense!

I worship Rodcet Nife. Peace yo

Conceptually Rodcet Nife is quite good but his followers seem kinda weak or very apathetic about the Koalindl fish being constantly slaughtered right under their noses. Roleplaying a Prime Healer paladin or cleric on a pvp server would be more fun IMHO.

They should have made the UFO vaporize non-fish when a Koalindl fish was being attacked? Or pull you up into the UFO with a tractor beam? Since they value life, they could put you through forced rehab while locked in a stasis field? You then are required to repeat a certain phrase literally 100 times and pay 100 platinum to be freed with a minor faction hit.

I'm just saying that's where they got the name from.

Like how Tunare is Nature.
