Error 1017 - help!
 

Hey all,

I've been playing P99 for 3-4 years now, and I recently just moved and have a different internet provider. My internet now is actually much faster than what I have been playing on, but every time I try to log in (with the same Macbook i've always played on) it works, then when I choose my server it takes a bit, kicks me back to the login screen, and then when I log in again I get the error 1017. I was able to log in to one of the "preferred servers" but I can't get on to Blue.

I've tried looking up fixes to the problem and everyone else seems to just underclock their computers. I'm playing on an 8 year old macbook so that definitely is not my problem, it has to be something with the internet. I'm also not very computer / internet savvy so if anyone could help that would be awesome! FYI used to play on satellite internet, now I have AT&T fixed wireless internet.

Still can't get on. Has anyone resolved this issue before?
