Resurrection spell stacking question
Can someone confirm how the %xp returned rules apply to resurrection spells? Is it only the first landed rez that returns any % xp back? Any subsequent rezz'es will only work as as TL back to corpse? Does necro res work differently somehow?
I'm a newly minted 58 cleric, and was told today that if another cleric rezzes me for 0%, i'll then be able to clicky myself back, and get xp back. That wasn't the case. So I just ate a full death, which really hurt at lvl 57. That same cleric said, that 0% rez and a second necro rez worked for a necro earlier. So what's the beef on this one? If this is a bug, and 0% first rez should stack with later xp rez, can I petition? I did loot my corpse fully though, after multiple clicking and swearing.. |
Bump. I would also like to know the same thing. I was told the same thing that you can get multiple rezzes on the same corpse for up to 96% back total possible. I took a 50%, then got a 90% and received no extra xp back.
Based on that and OP I guess this is FALSE. |
First rez is only one that can potentially give back xp.

0% Rez is only useful in that it saves you a long ass and potentially painful corpse run.

Or for non exp deaths depending on if red or blue. =)

Why is this even a question. 20 yr old elf sim, guys.
Resurrection spells return exp back on the first resurrection casted on the corpse. If it was a 0% rez, then you just wasted the chance of regaining exp from that death. If it was a 96% rez, congrats.. either way, you can not cast a resurrection spell on a corpse that has already been resurrected and expect to regain more experience. It is merely a "port" back to the corpse. |
Even if you reject the first rez or it times out because you are AFK?
|
No you have to click yes.
