Is it down? the site is down for me... anyone else?

Down for me also. When I tried to run it, it asked for a license number and then nothing.

i cant even launch eq thru winEQ right now. came here to check if any one else was having isues

Same here, does it on my laptop and desktop. Any ideas?

Is there a WinEQ2 alternative? Having it rely on a connection to an authentication server to run is kind of a big downside, especially when the server is down.

just launch titanium without using WinEQ for now

you should have a file called "launch titanium.bat"
if not just open cmd, navigate to EQ folder and type "start eqgame patchme"

its back up and working. wineq2 returns

seems broken again today.
