Anyone know if P99 happens to be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization?

Don't know for sure but I can take a guess considering the landscape of eqemu. I imagine Rogean's LLC is one of those founded by various servers and their corporations who accept donations so that they can all fall under the non-profit umbrella.

If it's not I would think Rogean would have to pay income tax on all donations, so I certainly hope it is for his sake.
