Wanna start a new char with me?
 

What I like most about eq is the challenge and the feeling of achievement when I get a particular sought after item.

A friend of mine just quit the server as I started playing again (well, I started again to play with them, but they never logged in).

He ended up giving me a shit ton of gear/ability to make a lot of plat.

It kind of soured me. I don't like being handed stuff to that extent, but the initial feeling is "OH YES YES YES"

So I'm gonna start a non-twinked char and I want a challenge. Thinking of going WE warrior but not sure I'm that hardcore. Feeling the lure of a ranger too.

So, anyone feel like starting a char with me? It was kind of barren as everyone is leveling their mains. I'm gonna level up my sk and wiz eventually. I did earn pretty much all their gear but maybe 2 items on the sk. It's just having all that plat made me feel Meh.

I dunno. I'm just not feeling those characters and I don't want to twink basically. If anyone is interested, Let me know.

Maybe do something interesting like a group on gnomes or something. I'll be on this morning starting around 8:30ish AM EST, but I have plenty to do.

If anyone is interested let me know. I know it seems silly to start a non-iksar now, but I don't really care much about getting to 60 asap. Heck, I raided tons without a 60 in velious =P I didn't get 60 until luclin I think.

Don't need to have just started the char or even be on today. I'm just saying when I will start around. You can twink if you want as well; i just don't really intend to.

I just hate playing by myself. Gets boring fast.

I have a level 11 warrior and a 50 mage. I wanted to level the warrior, but I just don't know very many people at all and most of the guilds seem so political or a ragefest against each other.

If I decide to play again, perhaps I'll hit you up.

I'm planning on restarting tonight as well. I have grouping, raid and dungeon experience as I played a Mage at release through about 2006.

I really enjoy support classes so I'm going to startup an Enchanter. I'll create either a HE or Gnome to go with your WE. With your warrior, if we could find a cleric we'd have the beginnings of a nice group. I generally play weeknights, EST and later in the day on weekends.

What times are you normally on?

I went with a ranger. Named Danja.

I usually play weekday mornings 8:30ish to 1:00ish EST and weekends same hours plus I play pretty much all night long. I work nights 5 days/week Sunday-Thursday, so I keep the same schedule on the weekends and there is nothing else to really do.

I've thought about asking the very same question as you, but then again my play schedule is so eratic that I can't even guarantee one night a week to play. It would be nice to find some friends that won't outlevel me, that plan to play only when we can all play.

I just can't play without weed. I just got restocked and Im right back to my Sk.

Ive got the ranger I'd still like to level and I'd like to do a cleric if someone wants to do a crazy grind session on some lowbies. Gnome cleric. Because I need a tinkerer. For... personal reasons.

Ive also got a 6 iksar necro would rock the shit.
