Not trying to steal this thread, but I would also buy a set of Medium Banded.. just to sweeten the deal for some Blacksmith out there. :)

No one wants to make banded anymore for us lowbies :(

I was able to get medium banded. I know there is also a lowbie shaman named Whiskyjack who was trying to get some as well and logged out before I found someone.
