Shaman Solo Style
 

Hi All,

Just starting back again after 15 years. Rolled a shaman.

I had a quick question about solo style and wanted to get some feedback on how I should prioritize my gear. From what I've read there's basically two ways to go: (1) cast slow, melee, let pet do DoT or (2) simply root/rot with all the DoTs and don't melee.

Any suggestions on best path for a totally un-twinked shaman? If (1) I was thinking of saving for something like granite face grinder versus if (2) getting general mana/wis gear.
