I ran a lottery like other have for a prenerf cos and 17k, yet GM came in and banned me for running a lottery. Yet other lotterys not been banned.

I was in EC during your "lottery". You definitely were warned several times from folks in EC that it was ban-able, not to mention it probably didn't help your case that you shouted you were leaving p99 for daybreak TLP server in march.
