Damage Caps
 

I know level 1-10 the cap is like 20 damage (outside criticals?)

Level 10-? cap is 40 damage

are there any other caps?

Or did I make all this up?

and to the best of my knowledge no more caps after 20

20 raises the cap further, 30 removes it completely. That's how i've always remembered it.
