Unable to connect to Blue server
 

I got everything set up earlier today and played fine for a couple of sessions but I just sat down to log in after dinner and it won't let me connect to the Blue server (or Red for that matter.) When I click the PLAY EVERQUEST! button, it says "An unknown error has occurred." It says the same thing if I use the quick connect button and as I said, also does the same when I try to join the Red server. Any help would be appreciated. I'm only level 2!!! :)
