Something that will never drop anymore, may benefit from a fabled triple attack patch in the future...is hard to price.

It must be an absolute beast with 41% haste belt + VoG + epic clicky and all of the attack buffs.

Most of the value comes from it never dropping again. Tranquil Staff is better in all cases aside from "i need to train 2hb up really fast".

2-handers with less than 28 delay will receive virtually no buff with the 2handed patch.

Make of that what you will.

I think I loaned that to you years ago! :P
