Suiciding the Ring 10 trigger
 

Ok I am from red but bare with me on that. We have a bit of an issue on red with some jerk simply suiciding the ring 10 war trigger to mobs. There's no real pvp involved here, this is purely someone being a dick because he can and its easy to do.

In theory if someone who wanted the quest on Red that was out of range to the Suicider it could be viewed as Blue rules since pvp wasn't possible.

I am curious, how exactly would this be handled on blue? Is it legal for someone to just suicide quest mobs?

It's pvp. How about you just kill the guy.

Not sure what the question is because of the broken english but Ring 10 is a click-fest on blue.

One time when I was doing my ring 8 turn in and won the roll , some dude killed garadain while I was waiting at the fort and wasted my winning roll and my marching orders.


Luckily I was reimbursed so I could go ahead and lose another 30 rolls

BROKEN ENGLISH? Its not broken english. If you don't understand the context or the jargon maybe YOUR the one with the problem with english.

So if you’re trying to say someone is aggroing Badian and pulling him to mobs then you could just charm him and put in a petition and hope a gm comes/the guy gets bored and leaves. Alternatively you could record him doing it post it in petition forums then continue on when said guy is banned.

Fine I am so glad your server is so populated that its a click fest. However it still doens't answer my question.

Is there a penalty on blue for the deliberate killing of quest mobs just to screw people over who want to do the quest?

Its not that easy. The quest mob spawns when nobody else is around. The person who kills him isn't in pvp range. There's nothing anyone can do to stop him from trotting him down to his death. Red doesn't have guilds ready to raid at all hours of the day.

Yeah that would be zone disruption as outlined in the server rules/play nice policy
