Necklace of superiority
 

I’m looking to upgrade my spider fur collar. Assuming platinum is no object should I buy the necklace of superiority or go for something else.

Go for +6

+6 what?

+6 neck. Necklace of superiority is roughly equivalent to a +5 neck. Both are about same price (10k). The only selling point for getting the necklace of superiority is that it is droppable whereas +6's are no drop. IF you want it for the long run, the +6 is better.

Technically if plat was no issue, you could buy full MQ / LR for ToV quested items or the neck off of CT.

Yeah just hunt some WW dragons for a +6 or buy the loot rights

+6 necks is a fun, relatively uncompeted dragon slaying that you can bash out in a short space of time.

For someone with unlimited plat funds I'm surprised you don't know about it.

What's your secret to making such large amounts of platinum in the space of a month or two?

They might just be wondering in general, before people start forumquesting based on budget etc. Plus he is trying to replace a spider fur collar lol, I assume their plat isn't unlimited.

We are told to assume plat is no object.

In terms of logistical concerns a necklace of superiority might be slightly easier to obtain than a +6 and has the benefit of being liquid.

If logistics are also not a concern maybe get a Yelinak's talisman or something? I don't know much about top end gear, but there are several cool factors to that particular necklace.

Alas no secret to unlimited plan is known by me. It was more of a hypothetical of what I should be saving for. I bought the +5 yesterday
