Instrument skills stuck at 200
 

The instrument skills on my bard, Golgata, are stuck at 200 with red letters. They should be higher since the char is lvl 55. Sometimes this goes away and comes back inexplicably.

This is a client display issue affecting all skill caps. Your server side skill value is not affected. This will be fixed next patch.
