"Cannot bind" message but binding still lands
 

When binding myself inside Kaesora, the message log reads:
"You cannot seem to develop an affinity for this place. Try a city."
"You feel yourself bind to the area."

When checking /char, the bind did work, so the message about not being able to bind isn't correct.
