also when i fullscreen and click at the bottom it will minimize my game because im apparently clicking my taskbar through the game .

You just need to reduce your height values slightly until it stops happening. Maybe try 1060 instead of 1080 to start and go from there (adding or subtracting a little until everything lines up perfectly).
