If your character in EQ was having a birthday party, where would they have it?

For me, I'm thinking it would be Rivervale! :D

Faydedar Island. Resort town with drinks. Once everyone's smashed get someone to do the turn in and a dragon shows up. Really can't think of any better event.

In all seriousness though the logical place would have to be plane of mischief. I mean it’s basically a glorified fun house for a five year old
