which class?
 

So I just started on this server a couple of days ago. I was thinking about rolling an int caster, as I never played one on live; except for a necro to about level 16...
So my question is, are wizards enchanters or mages in any sort of demand over one another? Is there a shortage of anything?

Play what you love, you'll be disappointed if you try to choose your class based on other people's needs. "Demand" is dynamic. Don't try and decide now what people will need later once you're higher level. Stick to fun =P

Play a Cleric.

Wizards are in demand. Dunno about enchanters/mages.

Go with what you enjoy most. No one has ever regretted playing what they enjoy as far as I know.

True wizards are in demand, the reason might be is at low levels there's a real struggle to get a group with one. My wizard is 15 and can go a long time in Oasis trying to get a spot. Log my SK on, different story.

Its the way its always been, tanks in short supply... healers there seems to be a good number of, at low levels at least.

What everyone else said really, play what you enjoy or it won't last. If you enjoy healing red bars and sitting, play a healer. If you enjoy exploring and pulling, play a tank or a monk/bard. If everyone is scum and you don't want to group, play a necro :D

Always a Demand for Enchanters, Wizards are one of the best if not the best burst DPS in game, so raiders always looking for more of them.

Necromancers and Mages, easiest to solo, but not really needed later. Most guilds are flooded with these 2 classes.

Really depends on your play style. If you want to go hard and be a p99 pimp, I would go cleric or enchanter. If you want to solo and stick to yourself and just enjoy the grind, I'd go Neekro or Mage. INT gear is easy to come by and finding nice solo spots should be so hard with Kunark out.
