I've spent over 12 hours so far trying to spawn this guy. Am I doing something wrong? I just kill the two PHs (Narra Tanith or an escaped splitpaw gnoll) at -4833, 3176 every 20 minutes right?

If you're only after the robes he wears, Brother Z in Rathe Mts is easier to kill. If some other reason, disregard and drive on soldier.

She is one of the few mobs that I have never seen lol this game is weird.
