Game crashes every time I log off
 

All in the title. I (very rarely) also have crashing issues when zoning, but always assumed that was normal (classic even). But lately I crash every single time I try to log out. This wouldn't be a huge deal except when I'm switching characters and suddenly I'm locked for several minutes until the server boots my first character out. Is this a known issue? Is there anything I can do short of a full reinstall?
