Helmet of Rallos Zek OR Boots of the Storm

I am looking to buy either the Helmet of Rallos Zek or Boots of the Storm. I've only got enough plat for one of the two items so hit me up if you are selling either and we'll work something out.

4+ years of gearing different toons out, don't think I've ever even seen a Boots of the Storm for sale.

Free bump and GL on the Helm though! Seen a couple last year.

Yeah I know the boots are a super long shot =( Can't hurt to try though! Helms are definitely around I've seen a few in the last few months on the forums here.
