Rolling for Dain Ring spawn
 

As I recall people used to roll for dain ring. #8 ? The first clicky one?

Everyone would show up, roll. And then help each other do it (because if they failed they'd be rolling again later and people are generally nice.)

Is this still the case?

I recently did Ring 8 a few weeks ago. I won it my first time there. No one else who rolled stuck around. I had about 1 hour to gather some help.

Damn I'm not in a guild anymore, just came back after a long time off playing, really want the ring on my bard. Sorta have an extra ring on my main for him need to mq it over somehow.

How did you have an hour? You were allowed to leave starting NPC up for that long?

The Ring 8 roll takes place about an hour before the NPC spawn. This gives you time to call in some friends.
