Just a quick question: What is the purpose of Eye of Innoruuk exactly? I see it has something to do with spell gems but not quite understanding it.

Eye of Inny does reset global spell cooldown. I want one for another mana-free instant-cast junk buff. I have instant-click Elemental Armor from my Sage’s Pantaloons, but I don’t feel entirely comfortable without two. *checks /who*
