I voted for TRUMP but won’t repear that mistake in 2020. I don’t credit these forums; I’m honorable, intelligent, pragmatic, and sane, I just naturally gravitate towards right wing thinking because I understand adversity actually prepares us for life. Unfortunately, the republicans have, for a long time, been a reactionary party of pro-war, anti-science morons who set the country back decades, whereas the Dems, since the Clinton era, have actually adopted Eisenhower era (sane) republican, center-right positions. I really don’t know how we get back to a place where we have a conservative, pro-market economy party and a sane center-left party looking out for labor and keeping business honest. It will take a man forged by adversity. I feel confident that we will know him when he rises.

Patriam is a politician's dream. Doesn't look too deep into anything. Mocks people who do.

I agree with some of this. Your bias is shown by the red letter words.
What I agree with is the "forged by adversity" part. That is President Trump.

Trump's 'small' loan from his father was more like $60.7 million.

In what universe is someone handed 400 million dollars (inflation adjusted) by Daddy 'Forged by Adversity'? And he still manages to hit 6 bankruptcies.

Corporate bankruptcies are way different than personal bankruptcies. It's a bit of a scam.

Bad president

Maybe he'll flee the country and live in exile like so many of Paul Manafort's clients:
Quote:

Ferdinand Marcos - Authoritarian leader of the Philippines 1965-1986. His regime was famous for its corruption and extreme brutality, and supported by the US government. In 1986 Marcos fled the Philippines with his stolen wealth and was granted asylum by the US government, where he lived the rest of his life in exile.

Mobutu Sese Soko - Military dictator of DRC / Zaire 1965-1997. Seized power through military coup d'etat. The classic African dictator - deeply criminal but willing to be a US ally, Mobutu destroyed his country through nepotism and embezzlement. In 1997 Mobutu fled Zaire and lived the rest of his life in exile.

Siad Barre - President of Somalia 1969-1991. Seized power through coup d'etat. Regime characterized by widespread human rights abuses and authoritarian rule. In 1991 Barre fled Somalia and lived the rest of his life in exile.

Viktor Yanukovych - President of Ukraine 2010-2014. In 2014 Yanukovych fled Ukraine; he is currently wanted for treason and is living in Russia, in exile.

Donald Trump - President of the United States 2017-present.
