"Someone is already looting that corpse" bug
 

Just killed a mob, trying to loot it. "Someone is already looting that corpse", which wasn't correct.
It happened three times today in the tunnel between Seb Crypt and Emperor. Once with "a crypt caretaker" and twice with some random frogs.
My duo partner managed to "see" what was on the corpse, but getting that message when trying to loot it. I didn't manage to see the loot, I only got the message.
Partner relogged and looting worked.
Never seen this bug.

Were you or your partner a monk? Seen it happen with feigning death.
