Exp penalties?
 

What are the exp penalties going to be like for green? I assume racial penalties and hybrid as well?

So, OP, those class penalties will still be in place for green most likely.

Speaking of questionable penalties though, I think there was some issue/debate with the barbarian exp penalty actually being slightly higher than 5%.

That troll bard is going to be a challenge.

I've abandoned my plan to multiclass Pal/Bard on my Iksar after seeing this.

They are struck out as blue is past the point in the time line where they got neutered.

Green will spend the first couple of years with them in. Eventually they will be removed as per the classic time line.

The project aims to emulate the original timeline of the server, patch by patch, bugs, rough edges and all!
