Stat items?
 

Are there any fairly easy to get str or int items that will be available at green launch? I know chanters can do jewelmaking but that wont be for a while.

Was going to be a Troll SK and was wondering about a few int + items to help with tradeskill leveling.

Me hopes that Grobb has everything for smithing, Inky city is long run

The short answer is no, beyond enchanter crafted jewelry there wasn’t a lot of stat gear in the early vanilla game. There is some; Stein of Moggok is pretty available early on. If smithing is your deal, Trolls are already high STR and strength buffs are pretty available, I think that’s going to be your go-to at the beginning. Have fun sharpening all your weapons before you vendor them!

You can get silver amber rings freeing crushbone slaves by showing them the taskmaster is dead.

You can skip killing the taskmaster by handing firebeetle eyes in grobb to acquire his earring.

Bracers of battle accessible in teens, bracer of erolisi not long after.

Qeynos side try for a spiked collar and shoulder pads. Kill ogres for bone armour, either legs or arms give bonys to str.

Thats all i can remember pre-20.

Stats are mostly meaningless for leveling anyway: don't worry about them and just focus on getting XP. You can get gear when you're 50 (especially if you are a caster).

I keep telling people stat items in classic are not extremely common and not even that good.

Kunark and Velious is when items with stats really start to appear.
