What can interrupt complete heal on non-raid mobs

What are some items/spells that can interrupt complete heal on non-raid mobs?

I know Stun spell(s) if the target is stunable.
Bash/Slam has a chance.

What else is there?

does mob push count? like, everyone attacking from the front will push the mob back far enough to break casting

Yeah for sure, but I'm kind of more interested in spells or items such as clickies if there are any.

Fear and mez, but truthfully those are stun variants.

Maybe charm?

I think I may have found what I was looking for... (stuns)
Sigil of the Calendar - Color Skew - Stun for 8.0 seconds

Forlorn Totem of Rolfron Zek - Holy Might - Stun for 6.0* seconds up to level 55 (*some player-cast stuns are capped at 4 seconds)

I wonder if blinding with the bio orb and then stepping out of melee range (the kinda fear effect thing) works. Prolly doesn't cause I think it requires the mob to be running at you, which they wouldn't be if already casting CH

If they're already casting the CH unlikely. After they CH they'll prob be in blind fear effect.
But now I'm wondering if you keep spamming blindness on them starting at say 41% life if you can just kill them at range while they're in "blind fear".
I imagine the second blindness ends or melee engages by mistake or they blind fear into you they'll immediately start casting CH.

Edit: I may test this, creative idea. 4 ticks is enough time to snare, dot and re-apply with time left over.

From what I remember about curates in KC trying to CH themselves, they have to be in melee distance to start casting. If you DOT a curate and root it out of melee distance they don't CH.

I don't know if this works for all CHing mobs on p99 and I doubt it worked that way on live.

So you could chain blind a curate and it would never start to CH unless blind drops and it gets into melee range.

If you root a blinded mob they become out of "blind fear" as I remember it on p99. So they might CH if rooted despite being blind.
not suggesting you're saying to root the blind mob. But I wanted to throw this out there.

Yah, I am suggesting rooting the blind mob. When I was testing this on the curates (only ch mob I could think of that easy to test) in KC they would not start to cast CH if rooted (including if you blind them and root --- or just keep blinding them) unless you walked over to them and into their melee distance (then they hit you once and start casting).
