Initiate Symbol quests
 

I'm not sure if this is a bug or if the quests are not in from day 1. A ctrl+F search through the patch notes on the wiki didn't turn up anything about these quests for me.

I tried to do the Initiate Symbol of the Tribunal quest but the NPC's did not respond or give the items. They did turn to look at me though. The same goes for the Initiate Symbol of Innoruuk on a Dark Elf Cleric.

I don’t think these were in at launch.
