Meditate should require spellbook regardless of level

Meditating when just sitting at level 35+ isn’t classic in the core game. It took several months for this ability to come in:

Looks like about 7~ months of book meditating for all levels until level 35+ can just sit meditate.

I'd be fine with it being fine at lvl 35 , but currently it does not need to be clicked or book open. Med works like it does on blue for every level that I've been. I am sure they aware of this.

Yeah, i was definitely getting meditate skillups on green just sitting down without book open or meditate clicked. I am unsure of the mana regen values with/without book open though.

It's the same, it's alot easier to test with base wisdom and a whopping ~140 mana at level 8.
