Executioner stuck up in Sqeynos
 

Last night before (10/16/19 1am mst) i logged out i turned in some gnoll fangs at the Qeynos war GM and i noticed the executioner was up. Now i just went back (10/16/19 2pm mst) and she is still in the exact same spot as last night.
