agnosticism is the leading cause of bland gameplay and roleplayer death on the continent of antonica, and is only surpassed on faydwer by people choosing the dwarf race upon character creation. wouldn't you rather be a super cool rain worshipper than a boring agnostic? climate change is happening and we're all gonna die horrible deaths... except for those karana deems worthy of living in his futuristic post-florida utopia.

I don't think of someone on Norrath actually being agnostic (not believing in a god). I like to think it's the character's way of choosing not to worship one for whatever reason.

Choosing a deity eeally helps to inform me how to play a character. Whether a plucky halfling warrior desparate to earn favour with Zek's purest creations (the storm giants), a dour hermit ranger who is out all weather and carries the wrath of a storm, or a wizard of Erollisi Marr that lovingly euthenises monstrous creatures to end their pitiful lives of suffering.
