A Rogue Lion

A Rogue Lion should not be popping until Kunark era.

Mentioned in the "new creatures" post, same time frame Tenal Redblade appeared.

I want to say that when they do appear, they should be a faster re-spawn than the standard, but I cannot find the evidence to that in period.
