Hybrid EXP Penalty

Are Hybrid EXP Penalties coming back for hybrid classes for Green? Or were they removed indefinitely from p99?

as per classic they are enabled till a certain patch

It's actually 60%! Way better than 68%! Woot.
Although this is arguable that its multiplied not additive but most of what I've found leans towards additive.

This whole time my spreadsheet was multiplicative and I thought it was additive. I went back and checked all my work and it was 68% in my formulas too, woops =(
