I'm not sure if changing from windowed mode to full screen mode caused this, but I can no longer launch the game and get this error every time.

Screenshot file attached.

EverQuest Windows - Application Error

The instruction at 0x0000000001000F0CE referenced memory at 0x000000000FFFFFFFC. The memory could not be read.

Click on OK to terminate the program

I'm getting this same error message. Fresh install and the 50h files. Not sure if it's the screen resolution or what? Just Checked. I think it may have been that I was in full screen mode and switched back to windowed. I was able to log into green. I'd still like to change my resolution or go full screen though

Well, I found what I thought would be a fix for this problem in this thread here but the solution required a clean install into a folder not located in Program Files (x86). Anyhow, after doing all that, I was trying to figure out what the heck this "eqgame.exe patchme" was because there is no such file, only eqgame.exe

So not sure what happened, but doing a clean install of this game does not fix this issue.

"eqgame.exe patchme"

That's passing the parameter [patchme] to the eqgame.exe executable. Put a simpler way it tells the Everquest executable to NOT contact the patch servers.

The recommended/simple way of launching P99's Everquest is via the [Launch Titanium.bat] batch file.
