Is the Hybrid XP penalty on Green guys?

Seems like no. My sk was grouped with a cleric for lbl 1 to 2 getting same exp. There might be other caps in play at low levels though.

Hybrid penalties are in until...Velious? ish
But the prevailing mood is “play what you want anyway.” Remember, at max level, you won’t care about your exp penalty.

Penalties are in. If you are grouped you will get the same XP as the other person, the hybrid takes more of the share of XP allowed per mob to make sure its all equal. Go turn in 10 gnoll fangs at the same level as your hybrid buddy and their bar will move less.

Seems the poor cleric didn’t even realize you were sapping their Xp lol
