Is meditate broken?
 

Halfling druid here. Every time I put a point into mediate then zone out of Rivervale into Misty Thicket, the point disappears. Even when I try to meditate in Rivervale with the point visible on my skills screen I cannot get a skill up on my own. Anyone else having this issue?
