Problem with graphics after new patch. Please help
 

Hello,

Everything worked fine until I loaded the new patch. I'm able to access the game but the graphics have been changed so that it's unplayable. My character graphic after logging on has a trail of colors coming off of him and looks the same when he's zoned into the game. Also, the buttons have changed color after loggin in. Any help is greatly appreciated.
