There was a reason this was not put in, it's somewhere in the patch notes/FAQ for Green. I'm at work or I'd find it for you.

Client side not fixable without mega work. Been disabled on live since before luclin

People actually used this to crash EC tunnel once. So they took it out. That is what I heard
