Did a search on the forums and didn't see this mentioned at all, so forgive me if it has been and still isn't in for some reason...

I believe this was supposed to be a rare drop from any frog in the entire zone - I seem to recall seeing one off of Trakanon as well, but I could be mistaken and that might have just been the Cloak of Piety.

When I played on live, I saw one of these drop at zone in from a kor shaman that was one of the first two mobs, and multiple drops of it in disco and prison, since that's where I spent most of my time.

I don't know the drop rate for sure, but I'm sure at the saturation we keep Sebilis, we'd see at least one a day zone-wide.

I too remember this dropping off a Jin or Kor from zone in group way back when, but i think the drop rate on these was fractional when even compared to the Runebranded Girdle.

Yep this drops. Very rare.

Very rare mean almost non existent rare. Still no comments or link or anything within server so far over the couple of weeks Kunark been live. Is it set to like 0.0000000000000000000000000000000000000000001 ?

does it even drop ? anyone seen one ? never seen or heard of one yet, although seen quite a few rbg's

According to the logs, it hasn't been looted by anyone yet, and no one on the server has one in their inventory.

Wonder if it's set to be so rare that thanks to rounding issues, it's actually 0?

Sebs been on perma farm for a month now, you'd think at least one would have dropped.
