Today we modified the EverQuest client to implement the following

- The /book command (/book #) now accepts pages 1 through 50, and will
switch to the proper page.
- Opening your spellbook will automatically cause you to begin

So in a little over a year and a half we should no longer have to click it.

Pretty sure we are lacking /meditate command.

Your right Jimjam typing /meditate does not work in game I've tried it more than once and get not a valid command if added to a hotkey.

I don't understand this. It's also classic to not be able to see anything while medding, and just stare at your spellbook. That obviously was not implemented. Why are so many things cherry picked?

They had this one working. The community... was not receptive.

Judging by this forum, the community can't decide whether they want a truly classic experience or not.

Shame nothing quite like hearing footsteps in SK hearing a grunt then seeing taunting Attacker master collapse the book just as your pet dies to a cyclops. Fun times. Guaranteed to get the heartrate/bloodpressure going. :D

Why would u put book on a hotkey.... U can already directly bind it in options

Would appreciate /meditate, if only to stave off the carpal tunnel I thought was avoiding by not choosing Bard.
