No Meditate button
 

Got level 4 on my wizard. Trained meditate, but cant see the button that I need to click.
I did try to load the Velious UI before, before I knew it wasn't allowed. It appeared to not do anything but maybe it messed it up?

Fixed it by:

1. Deleting the entire uifiles folder in the EQ directory.
2. Copying just the uifiles folder from the latest patch to EQ directory.
3. Typing /loadskin in game.
4. Selecting default.

Yeah looks like you had an older version of the velious UI. Likely an issue with extracting and files not getting overwritten properly.

Thank you I will try it. I completely uninstalled the game reinstalling it at this point

I've seen this happen with folks having the older Velious UI. If they don't update it the meditate button doesn't appear. Glad you were able to fix it though.
