Name bug Green?

you can now create chars on green, even if u dont have a char with the same name on blue server...bug?

Not a bug.
If the name isn't taken on blue or green. you can create the name on green.

If the name is already taken on blue, you can't create it on green. Unless you create it with the same account that has it on blue.

U can create Chars on green now, even if the name is already taken on blue (characters I dont own, but I know they exist).
